The 3 day diet to lose 10 pounds is a very low calorie diet and quick weight loss program intended to help people jumpstart long-term weight loss programs or slim down quickly for an upcoming event such as a wedding or a cruise.
The diet is a combination of low calorie, chemically compatible foods designed to work together. Do not forget to weight yourself before and after the diet to check how many pounds you lost!
Fluids:
Water is the best thing you can drink on the 3 day diet. Artificial sweeteners aren’t good for you or your blood sugar, so try to avoid them. You can drink as much caffeine free herbal tea as you want.

We really love our coffee too, so we understand why everyone has questions about coffee on the 3 day diet! Caffeine withdrawal is no fun, especially when you’re already on a low calorie diet. So here’s some good news – Black coffee has less than 5 calories per cup, so if you need to sneak in a cup here and there, just cut out the equivalent calories elsewhere. Do not add cream and sugar.
